The future of Kwara State depends on unity, purposeful leadership and a collective commitment to sustainable development. Despite our political differences, our common goal should remain the peace, progress and prosperity of our state.
Since assuming office in 2019, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, has pursued development initiatives across infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture and economic development. Road construction, urban renewal, school rehabilitation, teacher recruitment, KwaraLEARN and improvements in primary healthcare are among the interventions that have contributed to the state’s development journey. These efforts deserve recognition, while existing challenges and future needs require continued attention.

As conversations about Kwara’s future leadership continue, the experience of Rt. Hon. Engr. Yakubu Danladi-Salihu (SYD) deserves consideration. His legislative journey and experience as Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly have exposed him to lawmaking, parliamentary administration and institutional leadership. His professional background in engineering also brings valuable perspectives to discussions about development and infrastructure.
Kwara needs leadership that prioritises quality education, accessible healthcare, infrastructure, youth and women empowerment, agricultural development and economic opportunities. Equally important are accountability, grassroots development and inclusive governance.
I believe political differences should never divide our people. Young people, in particular, must move beyond political arguments and actively contribute to community development and responsible citizenship.
As Hon. Isiaka Olajide Ambali (Kẹta), my commitment remains rooted in grassroots engagement, responsible leadership, youth inclusion and the overall development of Kwara State. I believe in a state where every community matters and every citizen has an opportunity to prosper.
