In the Ilorin Emirate, the title was previously held by the late industrialist and philanthropist, Alhaji Umar Saro.Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s formal turbaning as the second Sardaunan Ilorin marks a landmark chapter in the Emirate’s history.
