The Custodian, ABS Campaign Office in Ilorin, Mallam Sholagberu Kehinde, has congratulated the mother of Engr Jimoh Rilwan Cook, Chief Executive Officer of JCR Construction Engineering, on the occasion of her 65th birthday.
