…As AA Youth Wing Holds Community Resilience Pledge with Hausa Community

The Convener of the AA Youth Wing, Ambassador Akánbi Ilyas Shola, has reaffirmed the unwavering support of the youth constituency for the administration of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, describing his leadership as visionary, inclusive, and focused on sustainable legacy building.

Shola made this known while speaking at the Community Resilience Pledge organised in collaboration with the Hausa community, noting that Governor AbdulRazaq’s administration has recorded remarkable achievements in community development across Kwara State.

According to him, the impact of the Governor’s leadership is evident in improved road infrastructure, enhanced healthcare delivery, and an enabling environment for businesses to thrive across different communities in the state.
“We are proud of the progress we have made together.

A prosperous Kwara State is a shared responsibility, and we must continue to work collectively to ensure that every citizen has access to quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities,” he said.
Addressing the youth, the AA Youth Wing Convener urged young people to actively engage in governance and local politics, stressing the need for constructive participation in the development of the state.

He called on youths to reject violence and embrace peace, unity, and progress as the pathway to sustainable development.
While acknowledging the Hausa community, he expressed appreciation for their continued support and commitment to peace and development, assuring them of the readiness of the AA Youth Wing to collaborate in promoting unity and resilience.

“We pledge to work closely with the Hausa community to promote peace, unity, and development.
We will support initiatives that enhance education, trade, and social cohesion within our communities,” he stated.
In the same vein, the Hausa community in Kwara State lauded Governor AbdulRahman for what it described as unprecedented inclusion, recognition, and development since the inception of his administration.
S.A Inter community relations (Hausa) to Kwara Governor noted that the current administration has deliberately fostered unity, calmed tensions, and ensured that no ethnic group is left behind in the affairs of governance.
The Hausa community also pledged its firm support for the Governor’s administration and declared absolute loyalty to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, expressing readiness to support his leadership in 2027 for the continued progress, unity, and stability of Nigeria.
Commending the state government’s security efforts, the community praised the robust measures put in place to combat banditry and other criminal activities across Kwara State.
The SA said the governor’s efforts have significantly improved safety and restored relative peace in many areas.
The community emphasized that it does not support banditry or criminality in any form, describing itself as peace-loving and law-abiding.
The Hausa community urged its members to continue to obey the laws of the state, promote peaceful coexistence, and prioritize education, particularly the education of the girl child, which they described as vital to the collective future of society.
While responding the Kwara State Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq represented Alh. Rasaq Lawal appreciate the community for their synergy and support to the government and promise noted that very soon work will commence on the Okolowo express way as the government as flag off the rehabilitation
