Born on September 26 in Kwara State, Nigeria, Ayoola Ronke Fakunle was raised in a values-driven family by Chief (Mr.) and Mrs. Fakunle alongside her siblings. Her upbringing instilled in her a strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and dedication to service, which has remained the guiding force behind her public and humanitarian engagements.
Educational Background
Amb. Ayoola holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the National Open University of Nigeria. Her academic training reflects her deep interest in peacebuilding, governance, and conflict management. She also earned a Diploma in Computer Science, equipping her with technological competence and adaptability within modern administrative and legislative systems.
Legislative and Leadership Experience
With more than twenty years of legislative experience, she has provided strategic and administrative support within the Nigerian National Assembly, contributing to policy formulation and institutional effectiveness. She currently serves as Director of Human Capital/Humanitarian at the Remi Tinubu Support Organization (RETSO), where she leads initiatives focused on capacity building, leadership development, and community empowerment across Nigeria.
She also serves as Director of the APC National Assembly Legislative Aides Support Group (ANALAG), a coalition committed to advancing national development through collaboration and strategic engagement aligned with the Renewed Hope Agenda. Through partnerships with principals in the Senate and House of Representatives, the group supports policies that promote national progress and effective governance.
Her leadership credentials further include her election as National Women Leader of the National Assembly Legislative Aide Forum (NASSLAF) in the 10th Assembly. In this role, she champions professional growth, welfare, and empowerment of female legislative aides nationwide, including organizing capacity-building and efficiency training programs to strengthen professionalism within the legislative workforce.

Driven by her passion for education and youth development, Amb. Ayoola founded Cap-leon International Academy, an institution committed to delivering quality education and nurturing responsible future leaders through academic excellence and character development.
Humanitarian and Philanthropic Initiatives
Amb. Ayoola is the founder of two impactful non-governmental organizations:
WomenFest for Better Life Living Initiative, focused on empowering women, supporting children, and improving livelihoods in underserved communities. New Generation of Productive Farmers Initiative, which promotes sustainable agriculture and youth participation in farming.
Her humanitarian interventions include launching the “Pad the Girls” initiative in Kwara State, sponsoring a 100-slot JAMB scholarship scheme for indigent students, sponsoring WAEC registration for students, organizing prison outreach programs, empowering persons living with disabilities, and supporting visually impaired individuals through assistance to schools for the blind.
She also organized the first-ever National Assembly Children’s Day Celebration, which exposed pupils to legislative proceedings and strengthened civic education among young Nigerians.
